歐家樂醫生於2004年畢業於葡萄牙里斯本大學,2010年獲得牙科碩士學位,並於上海交通大學醫學院附屬第九人民醫院取得口腔正畸文憑。

自2006年起在澳門工作,並於2011年成立齒康牙科中心。

曾獲選為澳門口腔醫學會會長(2019-2020),現任澳門口腔醫學會名譽會長。

由2007年至今擔任FDI世界牙科聯合會國家聯絡官,並被提名擔任第十五屆國際牙醫學院理事會成員,於2017年被提名為澳門亞太區牙科大會主席。

受邀在世界各地演講,並被提名為Align Faculty、3M Orthodontics、ICD演講者和APDF/APRO演講者。

由2018年6月起擔任本行行政總裁一職,區偉時先生自1984年起任職葡萄牙大西洋銀行核數師,期後曾出任葡萄牙商業銀行總經理。來澳前,區先生於葡萄牙人民銀行擔任主席並同時兼任其屬下數間金融機構之董事會成員職務。擁有豐富的銀行管理經驗及金融專業背景。區偉時先生同時亦出任: 澳門銀行公會會副主席; 澳門金融管理局諮詢委員會成員; 澳門金融界籌備慶祝活動常設委員會副主任委員; 澳門生產力暨科技轉移中心理事會成員; 澳門歐洲商會副總裁; 葡中工商會澳門分會理事長; 澳門管理專業協會監事會副主席; 澳門公司治理協會會員; 澳門大學教員顧問委員會成員及招商投資促進局之澳門會議大使。

蘇育洲教授現任澳門科技大學講座教授,曾任科大副校長及商學院及金融科技創新學院院長. 澳門大學: 工商管理學院院長及講座教授,亦是亞太學經濟與管理研究所所長。

蘇教授獲得香港浸會大學管理學學士學位, 美國西伊利諾大學工商管理財務學碩士學位,美國俄亥俄州立大學國際財務及國際商務哲學博士學位。美國南伊利諾大學艾德華茲維爾分校(Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville) 財務學正教授及系主任。曾受聘為美國德克薩斯A&M國際大學(Texas A&M International University) 管理學院院長和財務學傑出教授。

他擔任訪問學者或顧問等工作於芝加哥聯邦儲備銀行,費城証券交易所,聖路易士聯邦儲備銀行及華盛頓特區的小企業管理局(SBA)等等。 他也是美國AACSB 及香港HKCAAVQ 之認証團隊的成員.  蘇院長還獲邀到國際貨幣基金組織亞太部擔任訪問學者。同年,蘇院長獲頒“教育領袖獎”(Education Leadership Award),成為澳門首位獲此獎項的人士。

譚錦榮先生是葡萄牙里斯本技術大學電機學工程博士,現為澳門大學教授及英國特許工程師。長期從事無線通訊領域的研究,為射頻識別技術和微波傳感器國際專家。譚博士任英國工程技術學會會士及美國電氣和電子工程師協會射頻識別技術議會副主席,並獲IEEE選為國際科普大使及擔任葡萄牙國際科普顧問;曾獲IEEE MGA成就獎, AIM Ted William成就獎,三次獲得澳門科學技術獎。現擔任AIM Asia 董事和澳門科學館董事。

鄧初夏博士,美籍華人科學家,1995-2014年任美國國立衛生研究院終身研究員。現任澳門大學健康科學學院講座教授、院長, 中國教育部精准腫瘤學前沿科學中心首席科學家。長期從事乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1致癌機理的研究。所在研究團隊已發表論文460多篇,論文總引79,000餘次,H指數147。

2000年獲得“NIH-亞太地區華人優秀成就獎”,2002年獲“中國自然科學基金委海外傑出青年基金”,2005年獲“NIDDK “You Make A Difference’成就獎”,2011年獲NIDDK所長獎, 並當選美國科學促進會會士(Fellow,AAAS)。

2006起年任 International Journal of Biological Science 創刋主編(2022年影響因數:9.2)。鄧教授於愛思唯爾2022年10月發佈“全球頂尖科學家排名”列大中華地區生命科學領域第八位元,全球頂尖科學家終身成就榜生命科學領域大中華地區第四位元; 2023年列大中華地區生物學及生物化學領域第1位; 醫學領域第7位。

黃醫生畢業於廣州暨南大學口腔醫學系,從事牙科醫生廿餘年,專業上認證資格主要包括國際牙醫延續教育學院 (ICCDE) 院士、國際牙醫師學院 (ICD) 院士、中國國家口腔科專科主治醫生資格、台灣亞洲植牙醫學會 (APAID) 專科醫師資格等。

在牙科專業相關社會事務上,自2015年起出任澳門口腔醫學會會長期間,重點推動國際交流事務,歷年來重點活動包括2016年創辦「第一屆澳門國際口腔研討會(MIDC)」並在會議期間促成中國及葡國牙醫學會簽署合作協定、2017年首辦「亞太牙科聯盟年會(APDC)」、2018年聯合亞太區及中國合辦「國際牙醫師學院(ICD)區域年會」和「一帶一路國家牙科高峰論壇」,會議期間共同發佈名為”澳門倡議”的合作備忘錄。

牙科專業以外,亦擔任不少社會職務,主要包括澳門特區醫務委員會委員、澳門特區社區服務諮詢委員會離島區委員、粵港澳大灣區口腔健康聯盟副主任委員、澳門醫務界聯合總會副會長兼青年委員會主任、澳門特殊奧運會副會長、澳門青年聯合會常務理事、梅州市政協委員、廣東省歸國華僑聯合會委員等。

黃承發教授是澳門大學鄭裕彤書院代院長及機電工程副教授,也是英國儀表及控制學會(InstMC)會士、英國特許屋宇工程師學會(CABE) 工程師及會士。他的研究領域涵蓋智慧城市、人因工程、醫工融合、應用無線射頻身份識別技術的工業解決方案、工業工程、創意產品設計、知識管理等。黃承發教授熱心社會事務,更擔任多個社會職務,包括澳門國際科技產業發展協會理事長、澳門智慧城市聯盟協會理事長、ASHRAE澳門分會—供暖制冷及空調工程師學會會長、深圳市人體工程學應用協會專家、第十屆廣東省科協委員會特邀委員、第四屆廣東省粵港澳合作促進會信息科技專業委員會秘書長、首屆中國公路學會自動駕駛工作委員會委員等。同時,黃教授亦是澳門科技委員會委員。

黃竹君博士為澳門旅遊大學校長,澳門特別行政區政府旅遊發展委員會、人才發展委員會和教育委員會成員。澳門旅遊大學為澳門公立高等院校,提供旅遊及服務業範疇的本碩博學位教育以及相關專業培訓課程。大學建立了龐大的環球網路及良好的本地業界關係,課程質素備受國際讚譽。黃校長曾參與多項由澳門特區政府及聯合國亞太經濟及社會事務委員會(UNESCAP)、聯合國教科文組織(UNESCO)、世界旅遊組織(UNWTO)等國際組織發起的旅遊發展研究和培訓項目。

須成忠,IEEE Fellow、澳門大學電腦及資訊科學系講座教授。目前擔任科技學院院長、國家科技部智慧城市重點研發計劃首席科學家。曾任美國韋恩州立大學電子與計算機工程教授,以及中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院數字所所長兼雲計算研究中心主任。

主要研究方向包括並行與分佈式系統、雲計算和大數據、智能交通和智慧城市,及無人駕駛技術。承擔了廣東省雲數據中心重點專項、澳門FDCT無人駕駛重點研發專項,和深圳市數據智能與城市計算重點專項。迄今在相關領域發表兩本專著,在一流學術期刊及會議上發表400+篇學術論文,多次獲計算機領域HPCA、HPDC、SoCC、Cluster、ICPP等著名會議最佳論文或提名獎,擁有150+項PCT及國家發明專利。

湯子康是國際著名光物性及納米材料科學家,他在納米結構氧化鋅薄膜發現室溫紫外激光發射效應,觸發了全球範圍的氧化鋅研究熱潮。隨後他拓展了獨特的納米模版技術,成功研制出世界最細小的單壁納米碳管(直徑 0.4 納米),其結果在國際頂級學術期刊《自然》發表。次年又以美國頂尖學術期刊《科學》宣佈超細單壁納米碳管的特殊超電導效應,引起國際科學領域的又一輪轟動。2016 年湯教授離任香港科技大學,受聘澳門大學擔任講座教授,籌建了一座研究院兼承創院院長。憑著其卓越的科研成果,湯教授曾榮獲中國教育部自然科學獎、中國國家自然科學獎、香港裘搓基金會卓越科研獎、中華人民共和國建國 70 週年紀念勳章、中國工程科技領域最高榮譽的光華工程科技獎,以及 2022 年澳門特別行政區的科學技術獎等殊榮。在國際學術期刊發表學術論文 560 餘篇,被引用 21340 餘次。目前在澳門大學從事光電•電光能量轉換的技術研究,經典相干光束全新概念為基礎的量子計算技術研究,以及量子生物癌症免疫特異治療技術研究,並取得了重大突破。
曾莉,女,中醫博士,教授,澳門科技大學中醫藥學院院長。兼任南京中醫藥大學二級教授,博士生導師、江蘇省中醫外用藥開發與應用工程中心主任、中華中醫藥學會中醫外科專委會副主任、中國中藥協會中醫藥適宜技術專委會副主任、國家藥品註冊審評專家諮詢委員會委員、教育部學科評估專家、教育部學位與研究生教育學位論文評審專家、國家自然科學基金項目評審專家、江蘇省古籍保護與利用專委會主任、民進江蘇省委副主委、江蘇省政協常委等。以中醫外治法及術後粘連診療為主要研究方向,先後主持國家自然科學基金、科技部科技攻關項目、江蘇省自然科學基金等項目,獲得發明專利10項,發表論文150余篇,主編、副主編論著20余部。第一完成人獲有中華中醫藥學會科學技術獎二等獎、全國商業科技進步獎一等獎、江蘇省中醫藥科學技術獎一等獎等。

麥沛然,教授、葡萄牙科學院院士(外籍)、澳門大學模擬與混合信號超大規模集成電路國家重點實驗室主任、國際電氣與電子工程師協會會士 (IEEE Fellow)、英國工程技術學會會士 (IET Fellow)和英國皇家化學會會士 (RSC Fellow)。麥教授主要從事集成電路和跨領域系統研究,在模擬和射頻電路、數位微流控、微型核磁共振和成像等領域具有廣泛影響力。麥教授2022年獲騰訊科學探索獎及2023年獲ISSCC 70週年傑出貢獻獎,在世界一流大學和晶片公司作專題講學100餘次,在頂級期刊和會議上發表論文500餘篇,獲授權發明專利30餘項。

在澳門特區政府經財和政策研究部門任職期間,曾參與特區政府有關CEPA、APEC和WTO等對外經貿合作事務,以及特區產業發展、區域合作、經濟與民生等領域的公共政策研究與擬訂等工作。也曾在香港和中國台灣上市的公司,以及澳門的旅遊集團和民航運輸基建營運機構任管理職務。

李銘源教授於1999年在香港中文大學獲得博士學位,現任香港理工大學食品科學及營養學系,化學生物學與藥物發現國家重點實驗室、未來食品研究院、中醫藥創新研究中心生物醫學科學講座教授;澳門大學中華醫藥研究院中藥質量研究重點實驗室客座教授。李銘源教授二十年來致力於生物化學、中藥分子藥理學及組學研究,已在國際科學期刊上發表SCI研究論文300多篇。先後承擔及參與國家自然科學基金、香港和澳門特區政府研究資助局及美國國立衛生研究院基金累計達30多項,並已獲批多國專利20余項。李教授分別於2012年、2016年、2020年及2022年多次獲得澳門科學技術獎等獎項。李教授同時兼任澳門特區政府藥物監督管理局中成藥審評專家顧問委員會成員、香港特區政府創新科技署-香港認可處-ISO/IEC 17025評審專家、中國藥理學會神經精神藥理學及中藥與天然藥物藥理專家委員會成員等。

李建慶,現為澳門科技大學計算機科學與工程學院助理院長,教授。曾任澳門電機及電子工程師學會(IEEE Macau)會長、理事長等職務。1998 年畢業于北京郵電大學並獲博士學位。2000 年至2002年,在韓國情報通信大學做訪問教授,2002年至2004年在新加坡南洋理工大學從事研發工作。2004 年8 月至今在澳門科技大學工作。2016 和2018 年先後兩次榮獲澳門特別行政區科學技術獎勵技術發明三等獎,2022 年榮獲澳門特別行政區科學技術獎勵自然科學三等獎。

余亮豪目前擔任澳門大學資料科學中心主任及澳門大學電腦與資訊科學系副教授。他的研究領域涵蓋時空資料庫、大資料視覺化、圖網路處理與學習、多智慧體強化學習、以及眾包計算等前沿方向。余教授在這些領域取得了顯著成就,發表了50餘篇CCF-A類及SCI一區論文,對學術界相關領域產生影響。近年來,余教授作為核心成員參與了多項重點研發項目,包括科技部重點研究計劃以及澳門科學技術發展基金重點研發專項。在這些項目中,他提出了一種領先的大規模資料視覺化技術,該技術已在多個頂級數據工程會議上發表,並有公開的程式庫供開發者使用,這不僅展示了他在資料視覺化領域的專業能力,也體現了他對科研共用和開源精神的推崇。

在澳門大學工作期間,余教授還積極參與本地會議的組織工作,作為主要組織者參與舉辦了超過10個國際性會議及工作坊,包括2019年和2023年的國際人工智慧聯合會議IJCAI-19及IJCAI-23。這些會議的成功舉辦,不僅提升了澳門在國際學術界的地位,也為全球科研人員提供了交流和合作的平台。

余成斌教授,IEEE Fellow,澳門大學和葡萄牙里斯本大學-IST雙博士學位。現任矽力傑集團首席戰略官及澳門董事總經理,同時亦是澳門技術產業技術研究院創院理事長。

余教授是國際上跨學術界和產業界著名的專家學者及企業家,他是推動和帶領澳門微電子技術同時在學術科研和產業研發由零起步至今達國際一流水準的帶頭人及其發展的中堅力量。他亦是澳門大學集成電路國家重點實驗室、Chipidea澳門微電子(後並購於Synopsys)等高科技企業的聯合創始人。

余教授曾發表220多篇論文,5部專著,美國授權專利十多項。先後榮獲國慶70週年紀念章、國家科技進步獎、何梁何利科技獎、粵港澳大灣區傑出青年企業家最佳科技創新獎、澳門特區工商功績勛章等多項榮譽及獎勵。他曾任國家教育部科技委,現任博鰲亞洲論壇粵港澳大灣區建設委員會澳門委員、澳門特區科技委、人才發展委及經濟發展委委員、橫琴深合區諮詢委員、中國半導體行業協會IC設計分會副理事長及粵港澳大灣區半導體產業聯盟聯席理事長、橫琴深合區半導體行業協會會長、澳門微電子協會創會理事長等多個行業協會的重要職務。

余教授曾領導主辦/承辦/協辦具國際影響力的專業國際會議和論壇並擔任委員會主席/領導等,如A-SSCC、ASP-DAC、APCCAS等IEEE會議。

朱依諄是歐洲科學與藝術院院士、國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、教育部長江學者特聘教授、國家重大研究計畫(973)首席科學家、國家重大新藥創制大平臺首席科學家、國家藥典委員會委員、國務院僑辦創新委員會委員、上海市白玉蘭榮譽獎獲得者,國家衛健委《中國臨床用藥》(第一版)主編、《藥理學》國家規劃教材(第七、第八版)和英文版(第一版)主編。他現任澳門科技大學協理副校長,藥學院創院院長,澳門科大醫院執業醫師(澳科大第一附屬醫院心內科主任醫師),澳門中華醫學會榮譽會長、澳門中華中醫藥學會副會長。 朱依諄先後畢業自上海交通大學醫學院六年制臨床醫學(學士)和德國海德堡大學內科(醫學博士),先後任教於新加坡國立大學醫學院、復旦大學藥學院(全球招聘院長)20餘年。朱依諄發表了330餘篇科學論文,被引超過1.7 +萬餘次(h-index 71,i10 index 268)入選全球頂尖前10萬名科學家排名和斯坦福大學全球前 2%頂尖科學家榜單(World’s Top 2% Scientists)的排名, 到位科研經費2.8億, 另外實現專利轉化2.51億。他長期從事炎症、免疫和抗衰老的研究, 研發的2個first- in- class 新藥分別在中、美進入了臨床I期和II期研究。

余俊教授,金融計量經濟學家,現為澳門大學工商管理學院院長、澳大發展基金會金融學及經濟學講座教授。他在國際權威期刊Journal of Econometrics,Econometric Theory擔任副主編。此外,余俊教授是國際金融計量學會的創會會士,同時也是《The Journal of Econometrics》的Fellow。

余教授在加拿大西安大略大學獲得經濟學博士學位,他先後在Review of Financial Studies,Journal of Econometrics,Management Science,International Economic Review等國際學術頂級期刊發表了90多篇文章。他與美國、澳大利亞學者聯手開發的檢查金融市場熱度的工具,成為了歐美、亞洲多個國家及地區檢測金融危機、資產泡沫,制定經濟政策的依據。

張可可,講座教授,澳門科技大學協理副校長和澳門空間技術與應用研究院院長,“澳科一號”衛星首席科學家、“澳科一號”衛星科學與應用系統總設計師,該衛星是首顆低緯度地磁衛星,用於監測南大西洋地球磁場異常區的時空變化及進行地磁場建模研究,於2023年5月21日成功發射。張可可講座教授的主要研究領域是地球、行星、空間科學與應用、地磁理論與應用。他也是中國科學院首届海外評審專家、中國國家自然科學基金諮詢委員會委員、中國教育部科學技術委員會委員。張可可教授是Fellow of American Geophysical Union, USA(美國)、Fellow of Royal Astronomical Society, UK(英國),2000 年獲得中國國家自然科學基金委杰出青年基金(B 類),2013年獲得英國皇家天文學會成就獎,2020年獲得澳門特區政府科學技術一等獎。

葉桂平,教授,經濟學博士,現爲澳門城市大學副校長、研究生院院長、澳門城市大學澳門社會經濟發展研究中心主任、葡語國家研究院院長,曾任澳門特區政府政策研究室研究員、武漢大學政治與公共管理學院博士後、招商投資促進局研究暨資料處高級技術員等。現主要從事澳門經濟、區域發展研究,近年來主持開展多項國家級與省部級重大課題,帶領團隊發布《大灣區背景下金融科技、政府扶持與澳門金融市場發展研究報告》《粵澳深度合作區研究報告》《澳門特別行政區治理體系與治理能力現代化研究報告》等多份科研報告,此外還曾在《人民論壇》、《西亞非洲》、《世界政治與經濟》、《當代港澳研究》等CSSCI刊物上發表多篇論文。

國家重大人才工程入選專家,國家藥典委員會顧問,粵港澳中藥物質基礎與創新藥物研究聯合實驗室共同主任,澳門大學產學研示範基地中華醫藥研發中心主任,粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園首席科學家。國際中醫藥學會理事長,SCI中華醫藥學報CHINESE MEDICINE主編。

霍文遜教授于1982年畢業于香港大學醫學院,是一名治療食道癌的微創手術家。現任澳門科技大學醫學院院長、科大醫院院長、澳門醫學專科學院專業委員會成員、澳門中葡國際醫學論壇主席、北京大學人民醫院客座教授、北京大學腫瘤醫學院客座教授、澳門霍英東基金會信託委員,同時是香港專科醫療集團之一的尚至醫療集團創辦人兼主席。

苏育洲教授现任澳门科技大学讲座教授,曾任科大副校长及商学院及金融科技创新学院院长. 澳门大学: 工商管理学院院长及讲座教授,亦是亚太学经济与管理研究所所长。

苏教授获得香港浸会大学管理学学士学位, 美国西伊利诺大学工商管理财务学硕士学位,美国俄亥俄州立大学国际财务及国际商务哲学博士学位。美国南伊利诺大学艾德华兹维尔分校(Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville) 财务学正教授及系主任。曾受聘为美国德克萨斯A&M国际大学(Texas A&M International University) 管理学院院长和财务学杰出教授。

他担任访问学者或顾问等工作于芝加哥联邦储备银行,费城证券交易所,圣路易士联邦储备银行及华盛顿特区的小企业管理局(SBA)等等。 他也是美国AACSB 及香港HKCAAVQ 之认证团队的成员.  苏院长还获邀到国际货币基金组织亚太部担任访问学者。同年,苏院长获颁“教育领袖奖”(Education Leadership Award),成为澳门首位获此奖项的人士。

谭锦荣先生是葡萄牙里斯本技术大学电机学工程博士,现为澳门大学教授及英国特许工程师。长期从事无线通讯领域的研究,为射频识别技术和微波传感器国际专家。谭博士任英国工程技术学会会士及美国电气和电子工程师协会射频识别技术议会副主席,并获IEEE选为国际科普大使及担任葡萄牙国际科普顾问;曾获IEEE MGA成就奖, AIM Ted William成就奖,三次获得澳门科学技术奖。现担任AIM Asia 董事和澳门科学馆董事。

邓初夏博士,美籍华人科学家,1995-2014年任美国国立卫生研究院终身研究员。现任澳门大学健康科学学院讲座教授、院长, 中国教育部精准肿瘤学前沿科学中心首席科学家。长期从事乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1致癌机理的研究。所在研究团队已发表论文460多篇,论文总引79,000余次,H指数147。

2000年获得“NIH-亚太地区华人优秀成就奖”,2002年获“中国自然科学基金委海外杰出青年基金”,2005年获“NIDDK “You Make A Difference’成就奖”,2011年获NIDDK所长奖, 并当选美国科学促进会会士(Fellow,AAAS)。

2006起年任 International Journal of Biological Science 创刋主编(2022年影响因数:9.2)。邓教授于爱思唯尔2022年10月发布“全球顶尖科学家排名”列大中华地区生命科学领域第八位元,全球顶尖科学家终身成就榜生命科学领域大中华地区第四位元; 2023年列大中华地区生物学及生物化学领域第1位; 医学领域第7位。

黄医生毕业于广州暨南大学口腔医学系,从事牙科医生廿余年,专业上认证资格主要包括国际牙医延续教育学院 (ICCDE) 院士、国际牙医师学院 (ICD) 院士、中国国家口腔科专科主治医生资格、台湾亚洲植牙医学会 (APAID) 专科医师资格等。

在牙科专业相关社会事务上,自2015年起出任澳门口腔医学会会长期间,重点推动国际交流事务,历年来重点活动包括2016年创办“第一届澳门国际口腔研讨会(MIDC)”并在会议期间促成中国及葡国牙医学会签署合作协定、2017年首办“亚太牙科联盟年会(APDC)”、2018年联合亚太区及中国合办“国际牙医师学院(ICD)区域年会”和“一带一路国家牙科高峰论坛”,会议期间共同发布名为”澳门倡议”的合作备忘录。

牙科专业以外,亦担任不少社会职务,主要包括澳门特区医务委员会委员、澳门特区社区服务谘询委员会离岛区委员、粤港澳大湾区口腔健康联盟副主任委员、澳门医务界联合总会副会长兼青年委员会主任、澳门特殊奥运会副会长、澳门青年联合会常务理事、梅州市政协委员、广东省归国华侨联合会委员等。

黄承发教授是澳门大学郑裕彤书院代院长及机电工程副教授,也是英国仪表及控制学会(InstMC)会士、英国特许屋宇工程师学会(CABE) 工程师及会士。他的研究领域涵盖智慧城市、人因工程、医工融合、应用无线射频身份识别技术的工业解决方案、工业工程、创意产品设计、知识管理等。黄承发教授热心社会事务,更担任多个社会职务,包括澳门国际科技产业发展协会理事长、澳门智慧城市联盟协会理事长、ASHRAE澳门分会—供暖制冷及空调工程师学会会长、深圳市人体工程学应用协会专家、第十届广东省科协委员会特邀委员、第四届广东省粤港澳合作促进会信息科技专业委员会秘书长、首届中国公路学会自动驾驶工作委员会委员等。同时,黄教授亦是澳门科技委员会委员。

黄竹君博士为澳门旅游大学校长,澳门特别行政区政府旅游发展委员会、人才发展委员会和教育委员会成员。澳门旅游大学为澳门公立高等院校,提供旅游及服务业范畴的本硕博学位教育以及相关专业培训课程。大学建立了庞大的环球网路及良好的本地业界关系,课程质素备受国际赞誉。黄校长曾参与多项由澳门特区政府及联合国亚太经济及社会事务委员会(UNESCAP)、联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)、世界旅游组织(UNWTO)等国际组织发起的旅游发展研究和培训项目。

须成忠,IEEE Fellow、澳门大学电脑及资讯科学系讲座教授。目前担任科技学院院长、国家科技部智慧城市重点研发计划首席科学家。曾任美国韦恩州立大学电子与计算机工程教授,以及中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院数字所所长兼云计算研究中心主任。

主要研究方向包括并行与分布式系统、云计算和大数据、智能交通和智慧城市,及无人驾驶技术。承担了广东省云数据中心重点专项、澳门FDCT无人驾驶重点研发专项,和深圳市数据智能与城市计算重点专项。迄今在相关领域发表两本专著,在一流学术期刊及会议上发表400+篇学术论文,多次获计算机领域HPCA、HPDC、SoCC、Cluster、ICPP等著名会议最佳论文或提名奖,拥有150+项PCT及国家发明专利。

汤子康是国际著名光物性及纳米材料科学家,他在纳米结构氧化锌薄膜发现室温紫外激光发射效应,触发了全球范围的氧化锌研究热潮。随后他拓展了独特的纳米模版技术,成功研制出世界最细小的单壁纳米碳管(直径 0.4 纳米),其结果在国际顶级学术期刊《自然》发表。次年又以美国顶尖学术期刊《科学》宣布超细单壁纳米碳管的特殊超电导效应,引起国际科学领域的又一轮轰动。2016 年汤教授离任香港科技大学,受聘澳门大学担任讲座教授,筹建了一座研究院兼承创院院长。凭着其卓越的科研成果,汤教授曾荣获中国教育部自然科学奖、中国国家自然科学奖、香港裘搓基金会卓越科研奖、中华人民共和国建国 70 周年纪念勋章、中国工程科技领域最高荣誉的光华工程科技奖,以及 2022 年澳门特别行政区的科学技术奖等殊荣。在国际学术期刊发表学术论文 560 余篇,被引用 21340 余次。目前在澳门大学从事光电•电光能量转换的技术研究,经典相干光束全新概念为基础的量子计算技术研究,以及量子生物癌症免疫特异治疗技术研究,并取得了重大突破。
曾莉,女,中医博士,教授,澳门科技大学中医药学院院长。兼任南京中医药大学二级教授,博士生导师、江苏省中医外用药开发与应用工程中心主任、中华中医药学会中医外科专委会副主任、中国中药协会中医药适宜技术专委会副主任、国家药品注册审评专家谘询委员会委员、教育部学科评估专家、教育部学位与研究生教育学位论文评审专家、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家、江苏省古籍保护与利用专委会主任、民进江苏省委副主委、江苏省政协常委等。以中医外治法及术后粘连诊疗为主要研究方向,先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部科技攻关项目、江苏省自然科学基金等项目,获得发明专利10项,发表论文150余篇,主编、副主编论著20余部。第一完成人获有中华中医药学会科学技术奖二等奖、全国商业科技进步奖一等奖、江苏省中医药科学技术奖一等奖等。

麦沛然,教授、葡萄牙科学院院士(外籍)、澳门大学模拟与混合信号超大规模集成电路国家重点实验室主任、国际电气与电子工程师协会会士 (IEEE Fellow)、英国工程技术学会会士 (IET Fellow)和英国皇家化学会会士 (RSC Fellow)。麦教授主要从事集成电路和跨领域系统研究,在模拟和射频电路、数位微流控、微型核磁共振和成像等领域具有广泛影响力。麦教授2022年获腾讯科学探索奖及2023年获ISSCC 70周年杰出贡献奖,在世界一流大学和晶片公司作专题讲学100余次,在顶级期刊和会议上发表论文500余篇,获授权发明专利30余项。

李铭源教授于1999年在香港中文大学获得博士学位,现任香港理工大学食品科学及营养学系,化学生物学与药物发现国家重点实验室、未来食品研究院、中医药创新研究中心生物医学科学讲座教授;澳门大学中华医药研究院中药质量研究重点实验室客座教授。李铭源教授二十年来致力于生物化学、中药分子药理学及组学研究,已在国际科学期刊上发表SCI研究论文300多篇。先后承担及参与国家自然科学基金、香港和澳门特区政府研究资助局及美国国立卫生研究院基金累计达30多项,并已获批多国专利20余项。李教授分别于2012年、2016年、2020年及2022年多次获得澳门科学技术奖等奖项。李教授同时兼任澳门特区政府药物监督管理局中成药审评专家顾问委员会成员、香港特区政府创新科技署-香港认可处-ISO/IEC 17025评审专家、中国药理学会神经精神药理学及中药与天然药物药理专家委员会成员等。

李建庆,现为澳门科技大学计算机科学与工程学院助理院长,教授。曾任澳门电机及电子工程师学会(IEEE Macau)会长、理事长等职务。1998 年毕业于北京邮电大学并获博士学位。2000 年至2002年,在韩国情报通信大学做访问教授,2002年至2004年在新加坡南洋理工大学从事研发工作。2004 年8 月至今在澳门科技大学工作。2016 和2018 年先后两次荣获澳门特别行政区科学技术奖励技术发明三等奖,2022 年荣获澳门特别行政区科学技术奖励自然科学三等奖。

余亮豪目前担任澳门大学资料科学中心主任及澳门大学电脑与资讯科学系副教授。他的研究领域涵盖时空资料库、大资料视觉化、图网路处理与学习、多智慧体强化学习、以及众包计算等前沿方向。余教授在这些领域取得了显著成就,发表了50余篇CCF-A类及SCI一区论文,对学术界相关领域产生影响。近年来,余教授作为核心成员参与了多项重点研发项目,包括科技部重点研究计划以及澳门科学技术发展基金重点研发专项。在这些项目中,他提出了一种领先的大规模资料视觉化技术,该技术已在多个顶级数据工程会议上发表,并有公开的程式库供开发者使用,这不仅展示了他在资料视觉化领域的专业能力,也体现了他对科研共用和开源精神的推崇。

在澳门大学工作期间,余教授还积极参与本地会议的组织工作,作为主要组织者参与举办了超过10个国际性会议及工作坊,包括2019年和2023年的国际人工智慧联合会议IJCAI-19及IJCAI-23。这些会议的成功举办,不仅提升了澳门在国际学术界的地位,也为全球科研人员提供了交流和合作的平台。

余成斌教授,IEEE Fellow,澳门大学和葡萄牙里斯本大学-IST双博士学位。现任矽力杰集团首席战略官及澳门董事总经理,同时亦是澳门技术产业技术研究院创院理事长。

余教授是国际上跨学术界和产业界著名的专家学者及企业家,他是推动和带领澳门微电子技术同时在学术科研和产业研发由零起步至今达国际一流水准的带头人及其发展的中坚力量。他亦是澳门大学集成电路国家重点实验室、Chipidea澳门微电子(后并购于Synopsys)等高科技企业的联合创始人。

余教授曾发表220多篇论文,5部专著,美国授权专利十多项。先后荣获国庆70周年纪念章、国家科技进步奖、何梁何利科技奖、粤港澳大湾区杰出青年企业家最佳科技创新奖、澳门特区工商功绩勋章等多项荣誉及奖励。他曾任国家教育部科技委,现任博鳌亚洲论坛粤港澳大湾区建设委员会澳门委员、澳门特区科技委、人才发展委及经济发展委委员、横琴深合区谘询委员、中国半导体行业协会IC设计分会副理事长及粤港澳大湾区半导体产业联盟联席理事长、横琴深合区半导体行业协会会长、澳门微电子协会创会理事长等多个行业协会的重要职务。

余教授曾领导主办/承办/协办具国际影响力的专业国际会议和论坛并担任委员会主席/领导等,如A-SSCC、ASP-DAC、APCCAS等IEEE会议。

朱依谆是欧洲科学与艺术院院士、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家重大研究计划(973)首席科学家、国家重大新药创制大平台首席科学家、国家药典委员会委员、国务院侨办创新委员会委员、上海市白玉兰荣誉奖获得者,国家卫健委《中国临床用药》(第一版)主编、《药理学》国家规划教材(第七、第八版)和英文版(第一版)主编。他现任澳门科技大学协理副校长,药学院创院院长,澳门科大医院执业医师(澳科大第一附属医院心内科主任医师),澳门中华医学会荣誉会长、澳门中华中医药学会副会长。 朱依谆先后毕业自上海交通大学医学院六年制临床医学(学士)和德国海德堡大学内科(医学博士),先后任教于新加坡国立大学医学院、复旦大学药学院(全球招聘院长)20余年。朱依谆发表了330余篇科学论文,被引超过1.7 +万余次(h-index 71,i10 index 268)入选全球顶尖前10万名科学家排名和斯坦福大学全球前 2%顶尖科学家榜单(World’s Top 2% Scientists)的排名, 到位科研经费2.8亿, 另外实现专利转化2.51亿。他长期从事炎症、免疫和抗衰老的研究, 研发的2个first- in- class 新药分别在中、美进入了临床I期和II期研究。

余俊教授,金融计量经济学家,现为澳门大学工商管理学院院长、澳大发展基金会金融学及经济学讲座教授。他在国际权威期刊Journal of Econometrics,Econometric Theory担任副主编。此外,余俊教授是国际金融计量学会的创会会士,同时也是《The Journal of Econometrics》的Fellow。

余教授在加拿大西安大略大学获得经济学博士学位,他先后在Review of Financial Studies,Journal of Econometrics,Management Science,International Economic Review等国际学术顶级期刊发表了90多篇文章。他与美国、澳大利亚学者联手开发的检查金融市场热度的工具,成为了欧美、亚洲多个国家及地区检测金融危机、资产泡沫,制定经济政策的依据。

张可可,讲座教授,澳门科技大学协理副校长和澳门空间技术与应用研究院院长,“澳科一号”卫星首席科学家、“澳科一号”卫星科学与应用系统总设计师,该卫星是首颗低纬度地磁卫星,用于监测南大西洋地球磁场异常区的时空变化及进行地磁场建模研究,于2023年5月21日成功发射。张可可讲座教授的主要研究领域是地球、行星、空间科学与应用、地磁理论与应用。他也是中国科学院首届海外评审专家、中国国家自然科学基金谘询委员会委员、中国教育部科学技术委员会委员。张可可教授是Fellow of American Geophysical Union, USA(美国)、Fellow of Royal Astronomical Society, UK(英国),2000 年获得中国国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金(B 类),2013年获得英国皇家天文学会成就奖,2020年获得澳门特区政府科学技术一等奖。

叶桂平,教授,经济学博士,现为澳门城市大学副校长、研究生院院长、澳门城市大学澳门社会经济发展研究中心主任、葡语国家研究院院长,曾任澳门特区政府政策研究室研究员、武汉大学政治与公共管理学院博士后、招商投资促进局研究暨资料处高级技术员等。现主要从事澳门经济、区域发展研究,近年来主持开展多项国家级与省部级重大课题,带领团队发布《大湾区背景下金融科技、政府扶持与澳门金融市场发展研究报告》《粤澳深度合作区研究报告》《澳门特别行政区治理体系与治理能力现代化研究报告》等多份科研报告,此外还曾在《人民论坛》、《西亚非洲》、《世界政治与经济》、《当代港澳研究》等CSSCI刊物上发表多篇论文。

霍文逊教授于1982年毕业于香港大学医学院,是一名治疗食道癌的微创手术家。现任澳门科技大学医学院院长、科大医院院长、澳门医学专科学院专业委员会成员、澳门中葡国际医学论坛主席、北京大学人民医院客座教授、北京大学肿瘤医学院客座教授、澳门霍英东基金会信托委员,同时是香港专科医疗集团之一的尚至医疗集团创办人兼主席。

Dr Carlos Augusto graduated from the University of Lisbon, Portugal in Year 2004 and obtained master degree of Dentistry in Year of 2010 and Diploma of Orthodontics in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.

He have been working in Macau since 2006 and is one of the founders of We Care Dental Center since 2011.

He was elected as the President of Macau Dental Association (2019-2020) and currently he is the honorary President of Macau Dental Association.

He is serving as the FDI World Dental Federation National Liaison Officer since 2007 until now and was nominated as a Council member of International College of Dentist Section XV and was also nominated as the President of Asia Pacific Dental Congress Macau in 2017.

Carlos Cid Álvares was President of Banco Popular Portugal and Director of several subsidiaries of Popular in Portugal until November 2017. In his professional training he had, since 1984, a long experience in the banking sector, having been General Manager of Banco Comercial Português and started his duties in banking as an auditor at Banco Português do Atlântico. At present is Vice Executive Chairman and CEO of Banco Nacional Ultramarino, S.A. in Macau. Professor Jacky Yuk-chow So is currently Chair Professor of Finance at the Macau University of Science and Technology. He was Senior Advisor to the President and director of the Macao Institute of Fin Tech Innovation, and former Vice President and Dean. Prof. So was Dean and BNU Chair Professor of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Macau and Co-Director of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management.

Professor So was the dean, and BBVA-Compass Bank Distinguished Professor of International Finance, of the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business at Texas A&M International University. He is also the executive director of the Academy of Entrepreneurial Finance. He was a professor of finance at the Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville (SIUE) and served as chairman for almost ten years. Dr. So received his Ph.D. degree from the Ohio State University.

He was a visiting scholar and/or consultant of the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, Office of the Small Business Administration (SBA), Washington D.C., etc. He was site visiting team members of the AACSB and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), visiting scholar in the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) and received the Education Leadership Award from the Asia’s Best B-School Awards 2014 held in Singapore. Professor So is the first from Macao to receive this award.

Mr. Kam Weng TAM holds doctoral degree of Engenharia Electrotécnia e de Computadores no Instituto Superior Técnico de Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, and now serving as a Professor of University of Macau as well as a Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom. He has conducted extensive research in the field of wireless communications and has gained international recognition in areas such as radio frequency identification technology and microwave sensors. Dr. Tam serves as a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Vice Chairman of the Radio Frequency Identification Technology Council of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is elected as an IEEE STEM Ambassador and International Advisory Committee of the Portuguese Agency for the Promotion of Science and Technology Culture (Ciência Viva). He has received IEEE MGA Achievement Award and AIM Ted William Achievement Award, 3 awards from the Macau Science and Technology Awards. Dr. Tam is a board member of the AIM Asia and Macao Science Center.

Dr. Chuxia Deng is a Chinese-American scientist who served as a tenured Investigator at the National Institutes of Health from 1995 to 2014. Currently, he is chair professor and dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Macau, and chief scientist of the Frontier Science Center for Precision Oncology, Ministry of Education of China. He has long been engaged in research on the carcinogenic mechanism of the breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1). His research team has published more than 460 papers, with a total citation of more than 79,000 times, and an H-index of 147.

He won the "NIH-Asia-Pacific Chinese Outstanding Achievement Award" in 2000, and the "China Natural Science Foundation of China Overseas Outstanding Youth Fund" in 2002, and the NIDDK “You Make A Difference” Achievement Award in 2005. In 2011, he won the “NIDDK Director's Award” in 2011, and also was elected as a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (Fellow, AAAS).

Since 2006, he has been the founding editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Biological Science (Impact factor in 2022: 9.2). Professor Deng ranked No. 8 in the field of life sciences in Greater China in the "Ranking of Top Scientists in the World" released by Elsevier in October 2022, and No. 4 in the field of life sciences in Greater China among the world's top scientists. In 2023, he was ranked No 1 in the field of biology and biochemistry in Greater China; and the seventh in the field of medicine.

Dr. Wong graduated from the Department of Stomatology of Jinan University in Guangzhou and has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years. His professional certification qualifications mainly include FELLOW of International College of Continuing Dental Education (ICCDE), FELLOW of International College of Dentists (ICD), and Qualification of National Dental Specialist in China, Fellowship of Asian Pacific Academy of Implant Dentistry (APAID) , etc.

In terms of social affairs related to the dental profession, he has focused on promoting international exchange affairs since 2015 as the president of the Macau Dental Association. Prof. WONG Seng Fat, Alfred is Interim Master of Cheng Yu Tung College and Associate Professor of Electromechanical Engineering of University of Macau, Fellow of Institute of Measurement and Control (InstMC), and Chartered Fellow of Charted Association of Building Engineers (CABE). His research interests are included Smart City, Human Factors Engineering, Medical Engineering, Applied RFID Technology in Industrial Solutions, Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, Innovative Product Design, and Knowledge Engineering Management. He is enthusiastic in society works. Fanny Vong is Rector of the Macao University of Tourism (UTM). She sits on Macao SAR Government’s Tourism Development Committee, Talent Development Committee, and Education Committee. UTM is a public institution of higher education in Macao that offers degree, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and professional training in tourism and hospitality. UTM has won international acclaims for the quality of its programmes, established a vast international network and built good relationship with the local industry. Dr. Vong has participated in numerous tourism research and training projects initiated by the local government and intergovernmental organizations such as United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

Xu Cheng-Zhong is an IEEE Fellow, a Chair Professor of Computer Science and the Dean of Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. He is a Chief Scientist of a Key Project of China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) on Smart City. He was a professor of Wayne State University and the Director of Institute of Advanced Computing of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

His main research interests include parallel and distributed systems, cloud computing and big data, intelligent transportation and autonomous driving. He is the principal investigator of the Key Project on Cloud Data Centres of Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, FDCT Key Project on Autonomous Driving, Macau SAR, etc. He published 400+ papers in journals and conferences. He received the best paper or nomination award in top-ranked computer system conferences including HPCA, HPDC, SoCC, Cluster, and ICPP. He has been granted 150+ patents of China, USA, and PCT in his research areas.

Zikang Tang is an internationally renowned scientist in photophysical nanomaterials, and his discovery of ultraviolet laser emission effect in nanostructured zinc oxide thin films at room temperature has triggered a global zinc oxide research boom. Subsequently, he developed a unique nano stencil technology and successfully developed the world's smallest single-walled carbon nanotube (0.4 nm diameter). The following year, the top academic journal, Science, in the United States announced the special superconductivity effect of ultra-fine single-walled carbon nanotubes, causing another round of sensation in the international scientific field. In 2016, Professor Tang left the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and was appointed as a chair professor at the University of Macau. He has won the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education of China, the National Natural Science Award of China, the Croucher Senior Foundation Award for Scientific Excellence, the Medal of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Prize, and Macao Science and Technology Award. At present, he is engaged in the research of photoelectric and electro-optical energy transfer technology at the University of Macau, the quantum computing technology based on a new concept of classical coherent optical beam, and the research of immunotherapy technology of quantum biology for cancer with a breakthrough.

Zeng Li, Female, Ph.D.in Chinese Medicine, Professor, Dean of Faculty of Chinese Medicine, Macau University of Science and Technology. She concurrently serves as a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Director of Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center of TCM External Medication Development and Application, Deputy director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery Committee of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine, Deputy director of Committee of Appropriate Health Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Pui-In MAK, Professor; Foreign Academician of the Portuguese Academy of Sciences; Director of the State-Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI of University of Macau; Fellow of the International Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), UK Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and UK Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). Professor Mak is mainly engaged in integrated circuits and cross-field researches, and particularly in the fields of analog and radio-frequency circuits, digital microfluidics and micro-NMR/MRI. Professor Mak won the Tencent Explorer Prize in 2022 and the ISSCC 70th Anniversary Top Contributing Author Award in 2023. He has given 100+ lectures at world-class universities and companies, published 500+ papers in top journals and conferences, and has 30+ patents.

Professor Xu has been engaged in stem cell research and therapeutic applications for decades. He has published nearly 100 papers with almost 10,000 citations, and obtained more than 10 Chinese and foreign patents. The stem cell drug T-MSC he invented was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as a new investigational drug for clinical trials on multiple sclerosis and is under review by the China National Medical Products Administration. Prof. Lee obtained his doctorate degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1999. He currently serves as Chair Professor of Biomedical Sciences in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Biology and Drug Discovery, the Future Food Research Institute, and the Center for Innovative Research in Chinese Medicine of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and also as a guest professor in the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine and the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences of the University of Macau. Prof. Lee has been working on biochemistry, molecular pharmacology and genomics of Chinese medicine for the past 20 years and has published more than 300 SCI research papers in international scientific journals. He has conducted and participated in more than 30 grants and more than 20 patents have been approved in various countries. Prof. Lee has been awarded the Macao Science and Technology Award in 2012, 2016, 2020 and 2022 respectively. He also serves as a member of Commission of Experts and Consultants for the Appraisal of Proprietary Chinese Medicines under the Macao SAR Government, Technical Expert of an ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation Assessment for the Innovation and Technology Commission of the Hong Kong SAR Government, the Division of Neuropsychopharmacology, Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicine Pharmacology of Chinese Pharmacological Society, etc.

Jianqing LI is currently an Assistant Director and a Professor of School of computer science and Engineering, Macau University of Science and Technology. He was the former president and chairman of IEEE Macau. He received the Ph. D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 1998. From 2000 to 2002, he was a Visiting Professor with the Information and Communications University, Daejeon, South Korea. From 2002 to 2004, he was a Research Fellow with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He joined the Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau, China, in 2004. He won Third Prize in Technology Invention of 2016 and 2018 Macao Science and Technology Awards, respectively. He won Third Prize in Natural Science of 2022 Macao Science and Technology Awards.

Prof. Leong Hou U currently serves as the Director of the Center for Data Science and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau. His research areas are extensive, encompassing frontier directions in data engineering such as spatiotemporal databases, big data visualization, graph network processing and learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and crowdsourced computing. Professor Yu has achieved remarkable accomplishments in these fields, with over 50 publications in CCF-A class and SCI top-tier journals, exerting a profound influence on both academia and industry. In recent years, Prof. U has been a core member involved in several key research and development projects, including the national key research and development plan and the Macau Science and Technology Development Fund's key research project. In these projects, he proposed a leading technology for large-scale data visualization, which has been presented at multiple top data engineering conferences and has an open-source repository available for developers, showcasing his expertise in the field of data visualization and his advocacy for scientific research sharing and the spirit of open source.

In the University of Macau, Professor Yu has also been actively involved in the organization of local conferences, serving as a local organizer for over 10 international conferences and workshops, including the International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence, IJCAI-19 and IJCAI-23, held in 2019 and 2023 respectively. The successful hosting of these conferences has not only elevated Macau's status in the international academic community but also provided a platform for global researchers to exchange and collaborate.

Prof. Seng Pan U, IEEE Fellow,received dual Ph.D. of the University of Macau and Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal. He is the Chief Strategy Officer of Silergy Corp. , and Managing Director of Silergy Semicondutor(Macau)Limited, the founding Council President of Macao Institute of Industrial Technology.

Prof. U is one of the pioneers and leaders with transformational impact and contributions on the development of the IC design in both academe and industry in Macau. He was co-founder and former Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Analog & Mixed-Signal VLSI at the University of Macau, co-founder & Former General Manager of Chipidea Macau Microelectronics (acquired by Synopsys), etc.

Prof. U co-authored 220+ publications, 5 books and co-held 13 US patents . Prof. U received numerous awards, including National 70th anniversary Commemorative Medal, National S&T Progress Award, HLHL S&T Innovation Award, Best S&T Innovation Award for Outstanding Young Entrepreneur of Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), Merit Medal of Industry and Commerce of Macau SAR, etc.

Prof. U was appointed as a member of the Science and Technology (S&T) Commission of the China Ministry of education, and currently as member of S&T Committee, Talents Development Committee and Economic Development Committee of Macau SAR, Advisory Committee of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone. He is Vice Council President of China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Design Branch (CSIA-ICCAD), Council Co-President of GBA Semiconductor Industry Alliance, Chairman of Hengqin Semiconductor Industry Association, Founding Council President of Macau Association of Microelectronics, and etc.

Prof. U was also the leadership member of organizing/advisory committee of many renowned professional international conferences and forums, e.g. A-SSCC, ASP-DAC, APCCAS and other IEEE conferences.

Dr. Yi Zhun Zhu is an Academician of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, a licensed physician and Chair Professor of Pharmacology, director of the School of Pharmacy, and associate vice president of Macau University of Science and Technology. Dr. Zhu got his Bachelor of Medicine at Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1989 and M.D. /Ph.D. from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Heidelberg, Germany, in 1995. He joined as a faculty member of the Department of Pharmacology, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1998 after postdoc training at Kiel University and industrial experience at Hoechst Marion Roussel (nowSanofi). Dr. Zhu has more than two decades teaching and research in world class universities (NUS and Fudan) and published more than 330 peer-reviewed papers with 14,968citations (H index 66, i10 index 227 as dated on May 26, 2022) and edited 6 books for his work (2 from World Scientific Publishing) for his work. He is/was editor-in-chief for Cardiovasc. Regenerative Med. and associate editor for J Alzheimer Diseases, Biosci. Reports academic editor for PLoS One and editorial board member of CNSNeuroscience & Therapeutics, Journal of Pharmacology and Drug Metabolism, Frontiers in Neurotrauma, etc. Dr. Zhu has extensive experience in teaching management, and is also editor-in-chief of the national textbook of Pharmacology (7th and 8th edition [Chinese version] and 1 st edition [English version], People’s Medical Publishing House). Dr. Zhu was awarded ‘Lee Kuan Yew’ Research fellowship from Singapore in 1998, ‘A National Distinguished Young Scientist from the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in 2008, and Chief Scientist of the National Key Basic Research Program (973) and Chief-PI for the National Platform of Drug Discovery in 2009. Dr. Zhu received the National Award for Innovative Research Work of the Returnees in 2009 from the State Council and the Magnolia Golden Award from Shanghai Government in 2019. Dr. Zhu was awarded Cheung Kong Chair Professorship in 2012 by the Ministry of Education, China. In 2014, Dr. Zhu was awarded ‘The Health China’ top 10 figures of the year and the Natural Science Research Award (ranked first among the Second Class of 3, top award of the year) from Macau in 2018. His research focuses on drug development, especially for the heart and brain. The original research of motherwort (transferred to the enterprise for 150 million RMB) received two clinical approvals for CFDA as a novel candidate drug and started clinical phase II trials. Phase I clinical trial, as first-in-class, will be started in the US as well with the final approval by the FDA. Another candidate drug (ZYZ-802) innovated by Dr. Zhu was also recently tech-transferred for 101 million RMB. In September 2012, the US ‘Science’ magazine reported that Professor Zhu was one of the most successful Chinese returnees scientists (September 2, 2012, p. 1692). In 2017, the American Chemical Society's news journal ‘C&EN’ featured Professor Zhu's experience in drug development and praised him as one of the pioneers of life science research in China (April 3, 2017, 27-29). Based on his successes in drug discovery, Dr. Zhu was awarded two times the Macau Natural Science Award (2018 and 2020), the highest recognition for those scientists in Macau.

Prof. Jun YU, a financial econometrician, currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Macau and he is also appointed as the University of Macau Development Foundation Chair Professor of Finance and Economics. He serves as an Associate Editor for prestigious international journals such as the Journal of Econometrics and Econometric Theory. Furthermore, Prof. Jun YU is a founding member of the International Society for Financial Econometrics and a Fellow of The Journal of Econometrics.

Professor Jun YU obtained his PhD degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He has published over 90 articles in top international academic journals such as the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Econometrics, Management Science, and International Economic Review. Collaborating with scholars from the United States and Australia, he has developed a tool to measure exuberance in financial markets, which have been widely adopted across countries and regions in the US, Europe, and Asia, serving as a valuable resource for identifying financial crises and asset bubbles, as well as informing economic policies.

Keke Zhang, Chair Professor and Associate Vice-President of Macau University of Science and Technology as well as the director of Macau Institute of Space Technology and Application. He has been the Chief Scientist of Macau Science Satellites and Chief designer of the science and application system of Macau Science Satellites, the first low-latitude geomagnetic satellites focusing on the study of the South Atlantic Anomaly, geomagnetic field modeling and Earth's core dynamo, which was successfully launched on 21 May 2023. His research areas include the theory and simulation of convection, instabilities and wave in rotating planetary fluids; planetary magnetohydrodynamics and dynamos; the shape, structure and gravity of giant gaseous planets; and planetary inverse problems. He is also the first overseas evaluation expert of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education of China, the Fellow of American Geophysical Union and Royal Astronomical Society, Awardee of Royal Astronomical Society Group Achievement in 2013 and the First-Prize Winner of the Macau Science and Technology Award in 2020.

Ip Kuai Peng, Professor, Doctor of Economics, is currently the Vice Rector of the City University of Macao, Dean of the Graduate School, Director of the Research Center for Macau Social and Economic Development, and Dean of the Institute for Research on Portuguese-Speaking Countries, and was a researcher of the Office of Policy Research of the Macao SAR Government, a post-doctoral fellow at the School of Politics and Public Administration of the Wuhan University, and a senior technician of the Research and Information Department of the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute. He is now mainly engaged in research on Macao's economy and regional development. In recent years, he has presided over the launch of a number of major national and provincial projects, and has led the team to publish a number of scientific research reports, such as the "Report on the Study of Fintech, Government Support and the Development of Macao's Financial Market in the Context of the Greater Bay Area," the "Report on the Study of the Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone," and the "Report on the Study of Modernization of the Governance System and the Governance Capability of the Macao SAR," as well as published several scientific research reports in People's Forum, West Asia and Africa, and the "Macao SAR Government Policy Office. In addition, he has published many papers in CSSCI journals such as People's Forum, West Asia Africa, World Politics and Economy, and Contemporary Hong Kong and Macao Studies.

Professor Wang Yitao is a recipient of China’s National Major Talent Program, an advisor to the National Pharmacopoeia Commission, Co-Director of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Joint Laboratory for Research on the Material Basis of Chinese Medicine and Innovative Drugs, Director of the Chinese Medicine R&D Center at the University of Macau Industry–Academia–Research Demonstration Base, and Chief Scientist of the Guangdong–Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park. He is also President of the International Society for Chinese Medicine and Editor-in-Chief of the SCI-indexed journal Chinese Medicine.

He has previously served as Vice President of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dean of its School of Pharmacy; Vice President of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Director of its Institute of Chinese Materia Medica; Chief Scientist of China’s first National 973 Project on Traditional Chinese Medicine; Founding Director of the Chinese Medicine Research Program at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Founding Director of the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences at the University of Macau; and Founding Director of the first State Key Laboratory in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.

Professor Wang has published 593 SCI papers with over 32,600 citations (h-index 93), and has been listed among the world’s Highly Cited Researchers for life and the world’s top 2% of scientists. He has supervised more than 100 master’s and doctoral students. He has been awarded the State Council Special Allowance for Experts, the Second Prize of the State Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize for International Contribution to Traditional Chinese Medicine – Science and Technology Progress Award (twice), as well as over ten other honors including the Medal of Educational Merit and the Medal of Professional Merit of Macao, and the Macao Science and Technology Special Award.

Francis T. Lui is Chair Professor and Director of the Institute of Development Economics at the Macau University of Science & Technology. He is also Professor Emeritus, Adjunct Professor, and University Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Honorary Director of the China Economic Research Program at Lingnan University. He was the Head of the Department of Economics, Associate Dean of the Business School and Director of the Center for Economic Development at HKUST. Studying under the supervision of several Economics Nobel Laureates, he received his undergrad and doctoral degrees from the University of Chicago and University of Minnesota, respectively. He joined HKUST as a founding faculty in 1991.
 

Professor Lui's research interests include economic growth, social security, corruption, family economics, exchange rate systems, the Hong Kong economy and the Chinese economy. Author or editor of 14 books, he has published numerous articles in leading international journals, such as Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Public Economics, and Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control.  A well-known commentator, he has been a member of numerous government statutory or advisory bodies. He has been appointed as a Justice of the Peace and awarded a Bronze Bauhinia Star Medal by the Hong Kong Government for “his distinguished academic achievements in the fields of economics and finance, as well as his dedicated and meritorious public service.”

Professor Manson Fok graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong in 1982. He is an expert in minimally invasive surgery for esophageal cancer.

He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Macau University of Science and Technology, Superintendent of University Hospital Macau, Professional Committee Member of the Macao Academy of Medicine, Chairman of the Sino-Luso International Medical Forum, Trustee of the Macau Henry Fok Foundation, Visiting Professor of Peking University People's Hospital and Beijing Cancer Hospital. And he is the Founder and Chairman of the Virtus Medical Group, which is one of specialist medical groups in Hong Kong.

Dr Carlos Augusto graduated from the University of Lisbon, Portugal in Year 2004 and obtained master degree of Dentistry in Year of 2010 and Diploma of Orthodontics in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.

He have been working in Macau since 2006 and is one of the founders of We Care Dental Center since 2011.

He was elected as the President of Macau Dental Association (2019-2020) and currently he is the honorary President of Macau Dental Association.

He is serving as the FDI World Dental Federation National Liaison Officer since 2007 until now and was nominated as a Council member of International College of Dentist Section XV and was also nominated as the President of Asia Pacific Dental Congress Macau in 2017. 

Dr. Carlos was also invited to be speaker in different countries around the World and he was nominated as a speaker of Align Faculty, 3M Orthodontics, ICD Speaker and APDF/APRO speaker.

Carlos Cid Álvares was President of Banco Popular Portugal and Director of several subsidiaries of Popular in Portugal until November 2017. In his professional training he had, since 1984, a long experience in the banking sector, having been General Manager of Banco Comercial Português and started his duties in banking as an auditor at Banco Português do Atlântico. At present is Vice Executive Chairman and CEO of Banco Nacional Ultramarino, S.A. in Macau. Professor Jacky Yuk-chow So is currently Chair Professor of Finance at the Macau University of Science and Technology. He was Senior Advisor to the President and director of the Macao Institute of Fin Tech Innovation, and former Vice President and Dean. Prof. So was Dean and BNU Chair Professor of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Macau and Co-Director of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management.

Professor So was the dean, and BBVA-Compass Bank Distinguished Professor of International Finance, of the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business at Texas A&M International University. He is also the executive director of the Academy of Entrepreneurial Finance. He was a professor of finance at the Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville (SIUE) and served as chairman for almost ten years. Dr. So received his Ph.D. degree from the Ohio State University.

He was a visiting scholar and/or consultant of the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, Office of the Small Business Administration (SBA), Washington D.C., etc. He was site visiting team members of the AACSB and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), visiting scholar in the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) and received the Education Leadership Award from the Asia’s Best B-School Awards 2014 held in Singapore. Professor So is the first from Macao to receive this award.

Mr. Kam Weng TAM holds doctoral degree of Engenharia Electrotécnia e de Computadores no Instituto Superior Técnico de Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, and now serving as a Professor of University of Macau as well as a Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom. He has conducted extensive research in the field of wireless communications and has gained international recognition in areas such as radio frequency identification technology and microwave sensors. Dr. Tam serves as a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Vice Chairman of the Radio Frequency Identification Technology Council of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is elected as an IEEE STEM Ambassador and International Advisory Committee of the Portuguese Agency for the Promotion of Science and Technology Culture (Ciência Viva). He has received IEEE MGA Achievement Award and AIM Ted William Achievement Award, 3 awards from the Macau Science and Technology Awards. Dr. Tam is a board member of the AIM Asia and Macao Science Center.

Dr. Chuxia Deng is a Chinese-American scientist who served as a tenured Investigator at the National Institutes of Health from 1995 to 2014. Currently, he is chair professor and dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Macau, and chief scientist of the Frontier Science Center for Precision Oncology, Ministry of Education of China. He has long been engaged in research on the carcinogenic mechanism of the breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1). His research team has published more than 460 papers, with a total citation of more than 79,000 times, and an H-index of 147.

He won the "NIH-Asia-Pacific Chinese Outstanding Achievement Award" in 2000, and the "China Natural Science Foundation of China Overseas Outstanding Youth Fund" in 2002, and the NIDDK “You Make A Difference” Achievement Award in 2005. In 2011, he won the “NIDDK Director's Award” in 2011, and also was elected as a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (Fellow, AAAS).

Since 2006, he has been the founding editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Biological Science (Impact factor in 2022: 9.2). Professor Deng ranked No. 8 in the field of life sciences in Greater China in the "Ranking of Top Scientists in the World" released by Elsevier in October 2022, and No. 4 in the field of life sciences in Greater China among the world's top scientists. In 2023, he was ranked No 1 in the field of biology and biochemistry in Greater China; and the seventh in the field of medicine.

Dr. Wong graduated from the Department of Stomatology of Jinan University in Guangzhou and has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years. His professional certification qualifications mainly include FELLOW of International College of Continuing Dental Education (ICCDE), FELLOW of International College of Dentists (ICD), and Qualification of National Dental Specialist in China, Fellowship of Asian Pacific Academy of Implant Dentistry (APAID) , etc.

In terms of social affairs related to the dental profession, he has focused on promoting international exchange affairs since 2015 as the president of the Macau Dental Association. Key activities over the years include the establishment of the "1st Macau International Dental Conference (MIDC)" in 2016 and the During the meeting, the Chinese and Portuguese Dental Societies signed a cooperation agreement, the first "Asia-Pacific Dental Confederation Annual Conference (APDC)" was held in 2017, and the "International College of Dentists (ICD) Regional Annual Conference" was co-organized with the Asia-Pacific region and China in 2018 and During the "Belt and Road National Dental Summit Forum", a memorandum of cooperation titled "Macau Initiative" was jointly released.

Prof. WONG Seng Fat, Alfred is Interim Master of Cheng Yu Tung College and Associate Professor of Electromechanical Engineering of University of Macau, Fellow of Institute of Measurement and Control (InstMC), and Chartered Fellow of Charted Association of Building Engineers (CABE). His research interests are included Smart City, Human Factors Engineering, Medical Engineering, Applied RFID Technology in Industrial Solutions, Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, Innovative Product Design, and Knowledge Engineering Management. He is enthusiastic in society works. Therefore, he is the president in different societies or engineering associations such as Council President of Macau International Industrial Technology Development Association, Executive Director of Smart City Alliance Association of Macau (SCAAM), President of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Macao Chapter, Former Council President of The Macau Institution of Engineers (MIE), Expert of Shenzhen Association of Ergonomics Application (SAEA), Invited Committee Member of The 10th Committee of Guangdong Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Secretary-general of The 4th Information Technology Committee of Guangdong of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Cooperation Promotion Association, and Committee Member of The 1st Autopilot Working Committee of China Highway and Transportation Society. Fanny Vong is Rector of the Macao University of Tourism (UTM). She sits on Macao SAR Government’s Tourism Development Committee, Talent Development Committee, and Education Committee. UTM is a public institution of higher education in Macao that offers degree, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and professional training in tourism and hospitality. UTM has won international acclaims for the quality of its programmes, established a vast international network and built good relationship with the local industry. Dr. Vong has participated in numerous tourism research and training projects initiated by the local government and intergovernmental organizations such as United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

Xu Cheng-Zhong is an IEEE Fellow, a Chair Professor of Computer Science and the Dean of Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. He is a Chief Scientist of a Key Project of China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) on Smart City. He was a professor of Wayne State University and the Director of Institute of Advanced Computing of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

His main research interests include parallel and distributed systems, cloud computing and big data, intelligent transportation and autonomous driving. He is the principal investigator of the Key Project on Cloud Data Centres of Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, FDCT Key Project on Autonomous Driving, Macau SAR, etc. He published 400+ papers in journals and conferences. He received the best paper or nomination award in top-ranked computer system conferences including HPCA, HPDC, SoCC, Cluster, and ICPP. He has been granted 150+ patents of China, USA, and PCT in his research areas.

Zikang Tang is an internationally renowned scientist in photophysical nanomaterials, and his discovery of ultraviolet laser emission effect in nanostructured zinc oxide thin films at room temperature has triggered a global zinc oxide research boom. Subsequently, he developed a unique nano stencil technology and successfully developed the world's smallest single-walled carbon nanotube (0.4 nm diameter). The following year, the top academic journal, Science, in the United States announced the special superconductivity effect of ultra-fine single-walled carbon nanotubes, causing another round of sensation in the international scientific field. In 2016, Professor Tang left the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and was appointed as a chair professor at the University of Macau. He has won the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education of China, the National Natural Science Award of China, the Croucher Senior Foundation Award for Scientific Excellence, the Medal of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Prize, and Macao Science and Technology Award. He has published more than 560 academic papers in international academic journals and has been cited more than 21340 times. At present, he is engaged in the research of photoelectric and electro-optical energy transfer technology at the University of Macau, the quantum computing technology based on a new concept of classical coherent optical beam, and the research of immunotherapy technology of quantum biology for cancer with a breakthrough.

Zeng Li, Female, Ph.D.in Chinese Medicine, Professor, Dean of Faculty of Chinese Medicine, Macau University of Science and Technology. She concurrently serves as a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Director of Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center of TCM External Medication Development and Application, Deputy director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery Committee of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine, Deputy director of Committee of Appropriate Health Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Member of the National Drug Registration Review Expert Advisory Committee, subject evaluation expert of the Ministry of Education, degree and graduate education thesis evaluation expert of the Ministry of Education, project evaluation expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, director of the Jiangsu Provincial Ancient Books Protection and Utilization Committee, and member of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee for the Advancement of Democracy Deputy Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee and member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Pui-In MAK, Professor; Foreign Academician of the Portuguese Academy of Sciences; Director of the State-Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI of University of Macau; Fellow of the International Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), UK Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and UK Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). Professor Mak is mainly engaged in integrated circuits and cross-field researches, and particularly in the fields of analog and radio-frequency circuits, digital microfluidics and micro-NMR/MRI. Professor Mak won the Tencent Explorer Prize in 2022 and the ISSCC 70th Anniversary Top Contributing Author Award in 2023. He has given 100+ lectures at world-class universities and companies, published 500+ papers in top journals and conferences, and has 30+ patents.

Professor Xu has been engaged in stem cell research and therapeutic applications for decades. He has published nearly 100 papers with almost 10,000 citations, and obtained more than 10 Chinese and foreign patents. The stem cell drug T-MSC he invented was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as a new investigational drug for clinical trials on multiple sclerosis and is under review by the China National Medical Products Administration. As chief scientist Professor Xu has recently received funding from Macau and national key scientific research projects to promote the clinical application of T-MSC in the treatment of various deterious diseases. He is currently the president of the Macau Institute of Management. Researcher at the Tourism Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a member of the Food Culture Expert Working Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry and the Aviation Policy Research Center of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. And appointed by the Macau SAR Government as a member of the Talent Development Committee, a member of the Monitoring Committee on Discipline of the CCAC Personnel, and a member of the Urban Renewal Committee.

He is currently president of the League of Chinese in Portugal, president of the Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce of Small and Medium Enterprises, president of the Association for the Promotion of Peace for One China in Portugal, member of the Portuguese High Commission for Migration. Previously, he held leadership positions at the Association for Chinese Investment and Trade in Portugal, the Portugal-China Chamber of Cooperation and Development and the Portugal-Orient Institute for Cooperation and Development. Prof. Lee obtained his doctorate degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1999. He currently serves as Chair Professor of Biomedical Sciences in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Biology and Drug Discovery, the Future Food Research Institute, and the Center for Innovative Research in Chinese Medicine of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and also as a guest professor in the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine and the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences of the University of Macau. Prof. Lee has been working on biochemistry, molecular pharmacology and genomics of Chinese medicine for the past 20 years and has published more than 300 SCI research papers in international scientific journals. He has conducted and participated in more than 30 grants and more than 20 patents have been approved in various countries. Prof. Lee has been awarded the Macao Science and Technology Award in 2012, 2016, 2020 and 2022 respectively. He also serves as a member of Commission of Experts and Consultants for the Appraisal of Proprietary Chinese Medicines under the Macao SAR Government, Technical Expert of an ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation Assessment for the Innovation and Technology Commission of the Hong Kong SAR Government, the Division of Neuropsychopharmacology, Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicine Pharmacology of Chinese Pharmacological Society, etc.

Jianqing LI is currently an Assistant Director and a Professor of School of computer science and Engineering, Macau University of Science and Technology. He was the former president and chairman of IEEE Macau. He received the Ph. D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 1998. From 2000 to 2002, he was a Visiting Professor with the Information and Communications University, Daejeon, South Korea. From 2002 to 2004, he was a Research Fellow with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He joined the Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau, China, in 2004. He won Third Prize in Technology Invention of 2016 and 2018 Macao Science and Technology Awards, respectively. He won Third Prize in Natural Science of 2022 Macao Science and Technology Awards.

Prof. Leong Hou U currently serves as the Director of the Center for Data Science and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau. His research areas are extensive, encompassing frontier directions in data engineering such as spatiotemporal databases, big data visualization, graph network processing and learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and crowdsourced computing. Professor Yu has achieved remarkable accomplishments in these fields, with over 50 publications in CCF-A class and SCI top-tier journals, exerting a profound influence on both academia and industry. In recent years, Prof. U has been a core member involved in several key research and development projects, including the national key research and development plan and the Macau Science and Technology Development Fund's key research project. In these projects, he proposed a leading technology for large-scale data visualization, which has been presented at multiple top data engineering conferences and has an open-source repository available for developers, showcasing his expertise in the field of data visualization and his advocacy for scientific research sharing and the spirit of open source.

In the University of Macau, Professor Yu has also been actively involved in the organization of local conferences, serving as a local organizer for over 10 international conferences and workshops, including the International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence, IJCAI-19 and IJCAI-23, held in 2019 and 2023 respectively. The successful hosting of these conferences has not only elevated Macau's status in the international academic community but also provided a platform for global researchers to exchange and collaborate.

Prof. Seng Pan U, IEEE Fellow,received dual Ph.D. of the University of Macau and Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal. He is the Chief Strategy Officer of Silergy Corp. , and Managing Director of Silergy Semicondutor(Macau)Limited, the founding Council President of Macao Institute of Industrial Technology.

Prof. U is one of the pioneers and leaders with transformational impact and contributions on the development of the IC design in both academe and industry in Macau. He was co-founder and former Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Analog & Mixed-Signal VLSI at the University of Macau, co-founder & Former General Manager of Chipidea Macau Microelectronics (acquired by Synopsys), etc.

Prof. U co-authored 220+ publications, 5 books and co-held 13 US patents . Prof. U received numerous awards, including National 70th anniversary Commemorative Medal, National S&T Progress Award, HLHL S&T Innovation Award, Best S&T Innovation Award for Outstanding Young Entrepreneur of Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), Merit Medal of Industry and Commerce of Macau SAR, etc.

Prof. U was appointed as a member of the Science and Technology (S&T) Commission of the China Ministry of education, and currently as member of S&T Committee, Talents Development Committee and Economic Development Committee of Macau SAR, Advisory Committee of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone. He is Vice Council President of China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Design Branch (CSIA-ICCAD), Council Co-President of GBA Semiconductor Industry Alliance, Chairman of Hengqin Semiconductor Industry Association, Founding Council President of Macau Association of Microelectronics, and etc.

Prof. U was also the leadership member of organizing/advisory committee of many renowned professional international conferences and forums, e.g. A-SSCC, ASP-DAC, APCCAS and other IEEE conferences.

Dr. Yi Zhun Zhu is an Academician of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, a licensed physician and Chair Professor of Pharmacology, director of the School of Pharmacy, and associate vice president of Macau University of Science and Technology. Dr. Zhu got his Bachelor of Medicine at Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1989 and M.D. /Ph.D. from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Heidelberg, Germany, in 1995. He joined as a faculty member of the Department of Pharmacology, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1998 after postdoc training at Kiel University and industrial experience at Hoechst Marion Roussel (nowSanofi). Dr. Zhu has more than two decades teaching and research in world class universities (NUS and Fudan) and published more than 330 peer-reviewed papers with 14,968citations (H index 66, i10 index 227 as dated on May 26, 2022) and edited 6 books for his work (2 from World Scientific Publishing) for his work. He is/was editor-in-chief for Cardiovasc. Regenerative Med. and associate editor for J Alzheimer Diseases, Biosci. Reports academic editor for PLoS One and editorial board member of CNSNeuroscience & Therapeutics, Journal of Pharmacology and Drug Metabolism, Frontiers in Neurotrauma, etc. Dr. Zhu has extensive experience in teaching management, and is also editor-in-chief of the national textbook of Pharmacology (7th and 8th edition [Chinese version] and 1 st edition [English version], People’s Medical Publishing House). Dr. Zhu was awarded ‘Lee Kuan Yew’ Research fellowship from Singapore in 1998, ‘A National Distinguished Young Scientist from the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in 2008, and Chief Scientist of the National Key Basic Research Program (973) and Chief-PI for the National Platform of Drug Discovery in 2009. Dr. Zhu received the National Award for Innovative Research Work of the Returnees in 2009 from the State Council and the Magnolia Golden Award from Shanghai Government in 2019. Dr. Zhu was awarded Cheung Kong Chair Professorship in 2012 by the Ministry of Education, China. In 2014, Dr. Zhu was awarded ‘The Health China’ top 10 figures of the year and the Natural Science Research Award (ranked first among the Second Class of 3, top award of the year) from Macau in 2018. His research focuses on drug development, especially for the heart and brain. The original research of motherwort (transferred to the enterprise for 150 million RMB) received two clinical approvals for CFDA as a novel candidate drug and started clinical phase II trials. Phase I clinical trial, as first-in-class, will be started in the US as well with the final approval by the FDA. Another candidate drug (ZYZ-802) innovated by Dr. Zhu was also recently tech-transferred for 101 million RMB. In September 2012, the US ‘Science’ magazine reported that Professor Zhu was one of the most successful Chinese returnees scientists (September 2, 2012, p. 1692). In 2017, the American Chemical Society's news journal ‘C&EN’ featured Professor Zhu's experience in drug development and praised him as one of the pioneers of life science research in China (April 3, 2017, 27-29). Based on his successes in drug discovery, Dr. Zhu was awarded two times the Macau Natural Science Award (2018 and 2020), the highest recognition for those scientists in Macau.

Prof. Jun YU, a financial econometrician, currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Macau and he is also appointed as the University of Macau Development Foundation Chair Professor of Finance and Economics. He serves as an Associate Editor for prestigious international journals such as the Journal of Econometrics and Econometric Theory. Furthermore, Prof. Jun YU is a founding member of the International Society for Financial Econometrics and a Fellow of The Journal of Econometrics.

Professor Jun YU obtained his PhD degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He has published over 90 articles in top international academic journals such as the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Econometrics, Management Science, and International Economic Review. Collaborating with scholars from the United States and Australia, he has developed a tool to measure exuberance in financial markets, which have been widely adopted across countries and regions in the US, Europe, and Asia, serving as a valuable resource for identifying financial crises and asset bubbles, as well as informing economic policies.

Keke Zhang, Chair Professor and Associate Vice-President of Macau University of Science and Technology as well as the director of Macau Institute of Space Technology and Application. He has been the Chief Scientist of Macau Science Satellites and Chief designer of the science and application system of Macau Science Satellites, the first low-latitude geomagnetic satellites focusing on the study of the South Atlantic Anomaly, geomagnetic field modeling and Earth's core dynamo, which was successfully launched on 21 May 2023. His research areas include the theory and simulation of convection, instabilities and wave in rotating planetary fluids; planetary magnetohydrodynamics and dynamos; the shape, structure and gravity of giant gaseous planets; and planetary inverse problems. He is also the first overseas evaluation expert of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education of China, the Fellow of American Geophysical Union and Royal Astronomical Society, Awardee of Royal Astronomical Society Group Achievement in 2013 and the First-Prize Winner of the Macau Science and Technology Award in 2020.

Ip Kuai Peng, Professor, Doctor of Economics, is currently the Vice Rector of the City University of Macao, Dean of the Graduate School, Director of the Research Center for Macau Social and Economic Development, and Dean of the Institute for Research on Portuguese-Speaking Countries, and was a researcher of the Office of Policy Research of the Macao SAR Government, a post-doctoral fellow at the School of Politics and Public Administration of the Wuhan University, and a senior technician of the Research and Information Department of the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute. He is now mainly engaged in research on Macao's economy and regional development. In recent years, he has presided over the launch of a number of major national and provincial projects, and has led the team to publish a number of scientific research reports, such as the "Report on the Study of Fintech, Government Support and the Development of Macao's Financial Market in the Context of the Greater Bay Area," the "Report on the Study of the Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone," and the "Report on the Study of Modernization of the Governance System and the Governance Capability of the Macao SAR," as well as published several scientific research reports in People's Forum, West Asia and Africa, and the "Macao SAR Government Policy Office. In addition, he has published many papers in CSSCI journals such as People's Forum, West Asia Africa, World Politics and Economy, and Contemporary Hong Kong and Macao Studies.

Professor Wang Yitao is a recipient of China’s National Major Talent Program, an advisor to the National Pharmacopoeia Commission, Co-Director of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Joint Laboratory for Research on the Material Basis of Chinese Medicine and Innovative Drugs, Director of the Chinese Medicine R&D Center at the University of Macau Industry–Academia–Research Demonstration Base, and Chief Scientist of the Guangdong–Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park. He is also President of the International Society for Chinese Medicine and Editor-in-Chief of the SCI-indexed journal Chinese Medicine.

He has previously served as Vice President of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dean of its School of Pharmacy; Vice President of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Director of its Institute of Chinese Materia Medica; Chief Scientist of China’s first National 973 Project on Traditional Chinese Medicine; Founding Director of the Chinese Medicine Research Program at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Founding Director of the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences at the University of Macau; and Founding Director of the first State Key Laboratory in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.

Professor Wang has published 593 SCI papers with over 32,600 citations (h-index 93), and has been listed among the world’s Highly Cited Researchers for life and the world’s top 2% of scientists. He has supervised more than 100 master’s and doctoral students. He has been awarded the State Council Special Allowance for Experts, the Second Prize of the State Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize for International Contribution to Traditional Chinese Medicine – Science and Technology Progress Award (twice), as well as over ten other honors including the Medal of Educational Merit and the Medal of Professional Merit of Macao, and the Macao Science and Technology Special Award.

Francis T. Lui is Chair Professor and Director of the Institute of Development Economics at the Macau University of Science & Technology. He is also Professor Emeritus, Adjunct Professor, and University Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Honorary Director of the China Economic Research Program at Lingnan University. He was the Head of the Department of Economics, Associate Dean of the Business School and Director of the Center for Economic Development at HKUST. Studying under the supervision of several Economics Nobel Laureates, he received his undergrad and doctoral degrees from the University of Chicago and University of Minnesota, respectively. He joined HKUST as a founding faculty in 1991.
 

Professor Lui's research interests include economic growth, social security, corruption, family economics, exchange rate systems, the Hong Kong economy and the Chinese economy. Author or editor of 14 books, he has published numerous articles in leading international journals, such as Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Public Economics, and Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control.  A well-known commentator, he has been a member of numerous government statutory or advisory bodies. He has been appointed as a Justice of the Peace and awarded a Bronze Bauhinia Star Medal by the Hong Kong Government for “his distinguished academic achievements in the fields of economics and finance, as well as his dedicated and meritorious public service.”

Professor Manson Fok graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong in 1982. He is an expert in minimally invasive surgery for esophageal cancer.

He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Macau University of Science and Technology, Superintendent of University Hospital Macau, Professional Committee Member of the Macao Academy of Medicine, Chairman of the Sino-Luso International Medical Forum, Trustee of the Macau Henry Fok Foundation, Visiting Professor of Peking University People's Hospital and Beijing Cancer Hospital. And he is the Founder and Chairman of the Virtus Medical Group, which is one of specialist medical groups in Hong Kong.
